The heavy-duty cast iron reversible grill/griddle is designed for use with select models of GE, GE Profile and GE Cafe products. Because the grill/griddle interlocks with the grates, it will only work with 2015 and newer products with "Edge-to-Edge" cooking surfaces (grates go to the edge of the cooking surface).

The griddle plate features a smooth cooking surface that is perfect for delicate foods. Place on top of grill grates. White vinegar and water or club soda can be helpful for the removal of stubborn stains and or discoloring of the griddle surface.
